As a fast-growing nationwide boutique, this investment banking firm wanted to raise awareness of its sector-expert bankers and transaction activity. The Strategy

MiddleM Creative developed customized marketing content and BD outreach for each industry group within the firm, all with consideration for the nuances of the types of clients they served. We established dashboards and reporting within the firm’s DealCloud CRM system and provided guidance throughout the deployment to help generate meaningful interactions with potential clients and referral sources.


The Execution

Over the course of a two-year engagement, MiddleM Creative supported the integration of the firm’s DealCloud CRM platform into its ongoing business development efforts by creating email templates, drafting BD emails, defining workflows and setting up KPI tracking for ongoing outreach campaigns. We also created consistent written and video thought leadership content, provided copy and graphics for landing pages, drafted social media summaries and outlined strategic content calendars. We then tailored content to sub-audiences and tracked specific KPIs for each.
